CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Beautiful Cowgirl Esthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain a high level of service, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply. 5. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
